Rules and Regulations

1. The candidate is required to pay 50% of the rent in advance upon joining (Prepaid).

2. Everyone should bring their own utilities and clean the used items (Cutlery).

3. Monthly room payment must be made by the first week of the month; later, a penalty is applicable.

4. Management is responsible only for food and accommodation exclusively.

5. Management is not responsible for any loss of your valuables.

6. Everyone should use a bed sheet on the bed; otherwise, any color changes to the bed or cover will result in deductions from the deposited money.

7. In case a guest loses the Room key or Cupboard key, applicable charges will be incurred.

>Room Key: ₹500
    >Cupboard Key: ₹300

8. Tenants (Guests) are required to provide a 15-day notice before vacating the room.

9. If the tenant misses the 15-day notice period, they are obligated to pay rent for the remaining days from the day the notice is given.

10. A maintenance charge of ₹1000 will be deducted from the deposited money.

11. Visitors are strictly prohibited from entering upstairs.

12. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance.

13. If your behaviour is not conducive, the management reserves the right to terminate (vacate) your PG stay immediately.

14. ID proofs are mandatory during the joining time.

15. Food preparation (personal requirement) should be done only in the Self-Kitchen area, not inside the rooms.
Induction and gas are not allowed inside the rooms.

Breakfast: 07:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Lunch: 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM

Dinner: 07:30 PM to 10:30 PM
